Pepes Chicken Recipes

500 grams of broiler chickens, cut into 10 sections
1 bunch basil leaves
1 egg
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons cooking oil
5 pieces of the base lemongrass, crushed
5 bay leaves
5 small slices galangal
1 tbsp cooking oil
5 pieces of banana leaves for wrapping
Ground Spices:
4 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
1 tsp shrimp paste fuel
4 curly red chilies
1 tablespoon salt

How to make

Combine chicken with spices and set aside.
In a separate container, put a chicken egg, chili oil, basil leaves. Mix well and divide into 5 parts.
Expand banana leaf, air ⅕ marinated chicken parts. Add lemongrass, bay leaves and galangal on it. Flush with ⅕ part of the egg batter. Embed a banana leaf with a stick.
Steam for about 20 minutes until cooked. Remove and serve warm.
